Listen to women! Five feminist podcast tips

A podcast is when two men talk about their hobbies – at least that's what you might have thought. But thankfully, there is an increasing number of women-only podcasts that show how important, funny and interesting female voices are. Here, Katja Berlin and Gunda Windmüller, hosts of the feminist middle-age podcast "Fix und Vierzig" (for women over 40 and those who want to be) present their five favourite podcasts.

On Guilty Feminist, you will learn all about feminism – and humour. A winning combination! Since 2015, Deborah Frances-White has been talking about feminist issues with changing guests. The accompanying stand-up interludes prove once and for all that women are simply funnier. English

Julia Louis-Dreyfus has set herself the same task we have: to be curious and optimistic about aging instead of negative. To this end, in her podast she interviews famous older women about their experiences, their wisdom and their lives. The episode with Jane Fonda comes highly recommended. English
