Luca and Bo are climate activists. Their motto: ‘Because every life counts, because every minute counts, we call for civil disobedience.’ The two committed teenagers fight side by side against the consequences of the man-made climate catastrophe. Director Pieter van Eecke watches them grow up the course of four years. During this time, they ask themselves questions about the power of the individual, guilt, resilience and their own (gender) identity. Their insightful perspectives provide a representative view of the most socially defining questions of our time. An inspiring coming-of-age film about friendship and the fight against humanity’s extinction.
