From 18 to 23 September, the film magazine East European Film Bulletin, in cooperation with the Humboldt University and the Human Rights Film Festival Berlin, is organising a trinational workshop for young film and media professionals. The aim of the workshop is to critically question the role of images in the mutual perception of Eastern and Western Europe. In addition to a specially organised series of lectures and to the events which are part of the festival, participants from Germany, France and the Czech Republic will have the opportunity to create their own short films that deal with the medium of film and its history. Guest of honour of the workshop is the Serbian filmmaker Želimir Žilnik.
