Livestock Farming Between Drought and Structural Change

This talk will focus on how the consequences of the climate crisis – in particular increasing water scarcity – and structural changes in rural areas are posing a threat to traditional forms of agriculture and livestock farming, and how farmers are responding to those challenges.
